About Selene
I am a young graduate student in Modern Languages and Cultures for Cultural Services at the Faculty of Modern Languages and Cultures in Genoa, with a particular focus on teaching disciplines. I have eight years of experience with private lessons in many different subjects ages. I also obtained the ESOL International C2 (Mastery) certification in English.

My methodology is based on lectures, focusing on a wide range of exercises to reinforce areas of interest and areas of need. Lessons begin in Italian and then move on to the exclusive use of the English language, together with the student's increasing confidence in the linguistic field. Oral practice, alongside the written one, is essential to stimulate the student's motivation and fix the concepts learned. It is also essential to understand the methods that each student prefers, to find meeting points and adapt the forms of teaching to the needs and methodologies of the learner.
