About Jorge
Hi!
My name is Jorge Pozo and I'm going to be your personal trainer.
How are we going to start? Very easy, tell me your goals, your purpose when doing sports and leave it in my hands.
I will adapt to your schedules and your needs, both in diet and training.
[N ] Do you want me to train with you? You just have to ask me and I'll be there. I will help you to perform the exercises with good technique and as the weeks go by you will see remarkable results.
I have a Degree in Sports Science and experience in both gyms and private training sessions.
