It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Raja. During the many years we worked together at Pioneer Elementary, I saw firsthand the dedication, expertise, and heart she brought to our school community every single day. Raja consistently inspired trust and confidence in students by creating a learning environment where they felt seen, supported, and capable of success.

Her commitment to doing what was best for students was unwavering. Raja advocated for high‑quality instruction, meaningful relationships, and equitable opportunities for every learner—especially our ELL students. She provided teachers with thoughtful, actionable feedback that strengthened our practice and helped us grow. Her trainings were always clear, relevant, and empowering, giving us tools that made an immediate difference in our classrooms.

Raja is the kind of educator who elevates everyone around her. Her professionalism, compassion, and instructional leadership make her an invaluable asset to any school community. I am grateful for the years we worked together and for the lasting impact she made on our students and staff.

I highly recommend Raja as an ESL teacher. I worked with her at Pioneer Elementary for 13 years. Raja truly loves what she does and puts her whole heart, knowledge, professionalism, and commitment into her job. She always goes above and beyond to ensure the success of her students.

She breaks down hard topics into simple steps so no one gets left behind. She uses real-life examples that make the subject matter fun and useful. She gives helpful feedback and welcomes questions without making students feel bad.

I worked with Raja in the classroom on a daily basis. She is very resourceful and committed, as she guided me in every way. Raja was very easy to work with because she shows clear communication, active listening, and strong empathy.

I was also lucky to build a friendship with Raja. She is a true friend who I can always count on.

I had the privilege of working alongside Raja at Gilbert School District while serving as an English Language Learner Teacher (ELL). During that time, she was not only an exceptional educator but also a mentor who greatly influenced my own professional growth. Raja possesses an outstanding understanding of language acquisition and best practices for supporting multilingual learners. She consistently created engaging, inclusive lessons that met the diverse academic and social-emotional needs of her students. As my mentor, she generously shared her knowledge, instructional strategies, and years of experience. She was always willing to collaborate, provide guidance, and offer thoughtful feedback that helped me grow as an educator. I wholeheartedly recommend Raja for any teaching or leadership opportunity she chooses to pursue.
