I have experience in high school chemistry tutoring, and I believe that open communication between the tutor and the student is the best approach to find out what the student needs from the tutor.
I don't believe it's the tutor's job to lecture the subject to the student, instead it's our job to equip the student with skills so they, themselves can be always improving.
I graduated high school with an ATAR of 97.80, with Dux and top in year for both Chemistry and Human Biology. I am currently studying Biomedical Science.
