About Ty
I am currently an M.D. candidate for the class of 2025 and applying for anesthesiology residency. Having gone through college and medical school admissions, I can provide insight/guidance to admissions. Outside of my professional work I really enjoy playing golf and playing computer games.

I have had 4+ years of teaching experience prior to medical school, specifically teaching human anatomy. Additionally, I tutored fellow medical students and underclassmen during my time in medical school. I fully believe in the see one, do one, teach one method. I like to walk my students through their problems/work and engage them in their learning. I believe that there should be a foundation in understanding rather than memorization and I work with my students to achieve this.
