About Poonam
Hello! I’m here to help you to build your relationship with the self, passionate about helping you build a stronger, kinder connection with yourself — whether you are a child navigating growing emotions, teenager finding your identity, or adult seeking clarity and inner peace. My own journey of healing and self-discovery inspired me to support others in finding their voice, their worth, and their inner calm. I believe that when we truly understand ourselves, we can shift how we feel, how we relate to others, and how we live every day. And I truly believe if we change within, know thyself the people around us changes on its own. In my sessions, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without fear. I use gentle reflection, deep listening, and intuitive questioning to help you become more aware of your inner world and guide you toward self-trust and confidence. Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or simply feel disconnected — you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Self-Relationship Coaching – 60 mins (Online) These 1-on-1 sessions are designed to help you: Build emotional awareness and self-trust Heal limiting beliefs and inner criticism Set healthy emotional and energetic boundaries Cultivate confidence, calm, and clarity We use gentle questioning, reflective exercises, and deep presence with meditation to guide your journey back to self.
