About Chameli
I've been brought up in Theravadic Buddhist environment and have studied Buddhist philosophy upto high school.
I'm not a guru or a professional but I can conduct guided meditation sessions for those who want to add spirituality into their life.

Meditating for half an hour per day is proven to reduce depression and help with anxiety.
The sessions mainly focus on Buddhist meditation techniques including Anapanasati, metta (guided meditation) or vipassana (for those experienced in non guided meditation) However it can be personalised according to your requirement.
Talk about what your expectations are and where you want to be spiritually and we can arrange classes accordingly.
Could add Buddhist theory class and discussion as well.
