About Caela
My passion for guitar began through years of exploring different musical styles and practicing regularly. This interest encouraged me to pursue formal music studies and eventually complete a Master's Degree in Music Education. During my studies, I gained a deeper understanding of musical technique, rhythm, and teaching methods.
For the past 7 years, I have worked with students who wanted to learn guitar for personal enjoyment and musical development. My teaching style focuses on patience, clear instruction, and encouragement. I believe students learn best when lessons feel supportive and enjoyable.
Outside teaching, I continue practicing guitar and studying new musical techniques. These activities help me stay inspired and bring fresh ideas into my lessons. Helping students discover their musical ability and confidence is one of the most fulfilling parts of my teaching journey.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students understand the instrument step by step while building confidence in their playing. Beginners begin by learning proper finger placement, simple chord shapes, and basic rhythm patterns. I guide students through easy songs and exercises that develop coordination between both hands. These early lessons help learners understand how chords and rhythm combine to create music.
As students progress, we explore additional chord variations, scale patterns, and smoother transitions between chords. I also introduce rhythm techniques that improve timing and musical flow. Intermediate learners practice melody playing and develop stronger listening skills. These activities help students feel more comfortable expressing musical ideas through the guitar.
Consistent practice plays an important role in musical growth. I encourage students to focus on specific skills during practice sessions so they can improve steadily. Over time, learners develop stronger finger strength and better rhythm control. My goal is to help students enjoy playing guitar while building reliable technique.
