About Vanessa
I am a passionate guitar tutor with 7 years of experience dedicated to helping students develop both technical skills and musical expression. Holding a bachelor’s degree in music, I combine formal education with practical teaching methods to create lessons that are both effective and enjoyable. My goal is to inspire students to discover their unique sound and build confidence on the guitar. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with a diverse range of learners, from beginners to advanced players, including those pursuing formal music education. I believe in personalizing lessons to suit each student’s individual goals, whether it’s mastering fingerstyle techniques, understanding music theory, or preparing for performances. My approach is patient, encouraging, and focused on making learning fun while ensuring steady progress. I emphasize the importance of technique, musicality, and creativity, helping students connect with the music on a deeper level. Outside of teaching, I remain actively involved in performing and studying music, which keeps my lessons fresh and inspiring.
