Teaching and learning by definition must be a two way path that should never be taken hostage by the facilitators. In my years of teaching experience I have recognised the value each student brings to the classroom and the many different approaches that work for them. I value interactive classes and push my students to ask tough questions with the use of audio and video content. I am of the strong belief that this style of teaching suits mature students who have either finished their high school or have just entered college.
