About Herina
I'm a Naturopathy Doctor and a Yoga expert with 5+ years of experience, wanting to share the life changing practice of yoga with students in search of discovery, transformation, healing and growth. Yoga has helped me to process, transform, strength, stability, balance and be more fully present to my everyday experiences. It help me to become more empowerment in knowing I can treat my own body with no cost. Yoga trains our mind and body at the same time brings a sense of wellness.
