About Yi-Jin
I am a current student attending John Curtin College of the Arts under the music GAT program. I have over 8 years of experience in playing and have attended many music-related programs such as WAYO, WAYACHAMP, and many music competitions and festivals. I want to teach people the violin because I believe that others will enjoy playing the violin as much as me.

The lesson will be between 30 minutes to an hour with the first lesson being free. Students will be taught using my own and past knowledge and experiences from professional musicians during ensembles, masterclasses and one on one lessons. I will give personalised lesson plans based off the students personality and learning style in order for the student to learn well and feel comfortable.
Please be advised that students will be asked to provide their own violin (bow included), books, and accessories.

Yijin is one of if not the best violinist I know and has, on many occasions, lent her time to teach me parts of my music I can’t understand. She is patient and kind and understands music very well. She has amazing technique and passes that technique on extremely well. Her understanding of her instrument and music enables her to teach at a very high and proficient level.
