About Laly
How I teach : * Respect for yogic traditions, being as authentic as possible * Acknowledgement of the thousands of years of history and philosophy of yoga * Empathy and care of the students : always adapting and being flexible to match their current needs Why I teach : Yoga changed my life for the better, and I want to transmit it and share it to help people the way it helped me. I’m trying to leave each place a little bit better than I found it, and teaching yoga is my way to do my part. I found a purpose, my dharma, in teaching.

Hatha classes are more powerful and made to help you turn your focus inwards, thanks to a sequence of well-thought postures. Yin classes are like honey for your body, making you rest and relax, posture after posture.
