About Valentina
I consider myself a curious soul, who is always wanting to broaden her horizons and knowledge, a world traveler.
When I finished high school, I trained for several years in contemporary dance and Tango at the National University of Art in Buenos Aires.
Then I traveled the world for 5 years practicing YOGA, learning about meditation, holistic health, nutrition, ayurveda, herbalism, astrology, reflexology.
Today I am expanding my knowledge through studying the carrer of Osteopathy.
One of the things that I love the most about guiding Yoga practices, is that we learn together, that each encounter is unique and unrepeatable. I am moved, and excited to see the progress in each of my students, and I am honored that they choose me to hold them on their path.

Hi! My name is Valentina. I trained in YOGA in Israel, Holland, Mexico and Argentina. I also meditate under the vipassana tradition, and currently I study Osteopathy at the Argentine School of Osteopathy.
I m specialized in guiding Hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga Yoga practices. We adapt the Yoga practice to the needs and search of each person.
I believe that each being is unique, and part of my vocation and my passion is to be present in listening to your needs, and from the creativity and diversity that Yoga proposes, accompanying each being on their way.
You don't need experience of any kind to start practicing. The benefits are usually felt after each class, and as we progress in the continuity of the practices, it can be noticed not only how our quality of life improves on a physical level, but also on a bonding, emotional, and mental level.

Valen es una profe genial! hermosa persona y super profesional.
