About Mayu

I'm a yoga teacher around Torrance area. Started yoga career with no athletic background but I've been teaching for over 14 years now. Teaching hatha, vinyasa and restorative yoga. Also I can adjust my class for students needs as well. Fluent in Japanese.

About the lesson

I teach my class based on students feeling and condition also their injury. Can give you stretch with using yoga method and also can give them core exercise. Based on students ages, using props. Everyone should do yoga without injured yourself.
