About CHANTAL
Namaste! I am a certified and autonomous professor of Hatha yoga and a certified coach. I offer classes for all levels including chair yoga for those with reduced mobility. I teach classes since 2009 at home and in companies in the area.

Certified teacher first of all, I appreciate how each student is physically not to be injured at any time. My classes adapt to the needs of my students. We will work the mind through mindfulness and breathing with body movement to improve your balance, muscles, posture, your breathing and the full attention of the present moment. My classes usually last an hour or an hour and a half.
