About Khyati
Hi, I'm Khyati and yoga isn't just what I do, it's genuinely how I live!
I'm a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with a deep specialization in inversions, particularly headstand (Sirsasana). With 8 years of personal practice behind me, my journey started as something deeply personal and slowly became an unstoppable passion for helping others find their strength on the mat.
My philosophy is simple and I truly mean it: "It's practice, not performance."
There's no pressure, no comparison, no perfection expected here. Just you, your breath, and showing up. That's it. Whether you wobble, fall, or surprise yourself, every moment on the mat counts.
What makes my classes a little different? I blend strength training and yoga together seamlessly. Don't be surprised if you find yourself powering through squats one moment and sinking into Utkatasana (Chair Pose) the next! Strong body, strong practice.
I bring safety, alignment, and genuine care into every single class, and I meet every student exactly where they are, no judgment, ever.
Students often walk in nervous and walk out surprised by what their bodies can do and honestly, that never gets old.

My classes are designed for adults of all levels, total beginners, weekend warriors, and dedicated practitioners alike! Every session starts with grounding breathwork and a gentle warm-up to get your body talking to you, followed by foundational Hatha postures that build the strength and awareness you actually need for inversions.
And yes, expect the unexpected! I blend strength training right into the yoga flow, so you might find yourself powering through squats and sinking into Utkatasana (Chair Pose) before you know it. Strong body, strong practice!
Headstand isn't just thrown at you, we work up to it together. Think shoulder openers, core activation, wall-supported practice, and lots of "aha!" moments along the way.
I teach with serious attention to alignment and safety, but keep the energy light, encouraging, and honestly pretty fun. No one leaves feeling intimidated, you leave feeling capable.
Small group sizes mean you always get personalised attention, and every class is adapted to where you are that day. Whether your goal is your first freestanding headstand or simply a stronger, calmer body, this is your space.
