About Sixtine
I discovered yoga in New York 8 years ago during an university exchange. After having practiced yoga throughout my stay, I understood that it would accompany me all my life !
I can no longer count the positive effects that this discipline brought me: the end of my back pain and my migraines, less stress and a more relaxed body, my nervous system strengthened, my flexibility which has increased tenfold and a greater awareness of the world around me ...
I would be delighted to share my experience and my passion with you.
The training I received follows the legacy of Shri Mahesh Ghatradyal, first master of Hatha yoga in France and founder of the French Federation of Hatha Yoga. The teacher who trained me is Cyrus Fay, one of his faithful disciples.
Being curious about all the forms of yoga that exist, my class is influenced by them (Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin) and especially Kundalini yoga that I practice with my sister who teaches it.

My Hatha yoga class usually lasts 1 hour.
The class begins with a breathing exercise, then continues with a sequence of postures adapted to the season and the time of day.
It ends with a relaxation so that the body integrates all the benefits of the session.
My classes adapt to the temperament and desires of the student.
I offer both gentle classes for people who are fragile or who are just starting out .
But also more dynamic and musical sessions for people who want a rhythmic class with influences from Vinyasa and Kundalini.

J’ai eu l’occasion de faire plusieurs séances avec Sixtine.
A chaque fois ce fut un moment de ressourcement et d’apaisement profond.
