About Jérémy
I started yoga 8 years ago through classes in the climbing gym where I used to go. I used to practice sport regularly (5 times per week minimum between climbing and running), but in the first yoga classes I had to face some obvious weaknesses: lack of flexibility, lack of physical body control, difficulties to deals with my breathing during the effort, too many mental fluctuations ... yes just that!
Positive by nature, these small difficulties fuelled me to gradually integrated yoga into my daily lifestyle. It helped me to take a step back on the events of life, to emphasize only on what is really important. As a result of my readings and meeting inspiring people living in this philosophy of life, I expected to go deeper, and I took a Hatha Yoga teacher training. I learned a lot about breathing techniques, asanas, meditation, anatomy, physiology, Yogic philosophy ...
Like the piano strings that have to be regularly tuned to get a melodious song, I see Yoga as a way of tuning the different parts of the human body (Physical, energetic, mental ...) to reaches harmonious vibrations and express its full potential.
My originality comes from my strong scientific culture (Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering) which suit very well with the Yoga practice, great sportsman I adapted Yoga routines according to the sport related, equipped with a good listening ability I will adapt to your needs and will bring you a great serenity.

I teach Hatha Yoga and I can also fork on Vinyasa, Kundalini ... according to the needs of each one. You do not have to be a great sportsman to start Yoga. It adapts to all levels and ages. You can benefit from several beneficial effects of yoga such as: stress reduction, greater flexibility, better breath ability, strengthening of your physiology and improvement of your general well-being (Physics, energy, mental ...).
In this discipline, we will look for the right posture (Eventually with accessories: bricks, straps ...), which is proper to everyone and with the objective to improve without hurting themselves.
My method aims to improve your weaknesses while strengthening your strengths. Simple exercises to perform at home are offered and a regular monitoring of your progress. The following needs appear frequently: posture improvement, back tone, hips opening, increasing the breathing capacity, relaxing the nervous system ... while protecting the joints. These improvements can be obtained with these following techniques:
- Breathing (Pranamaya)
- Postures (Asanas)
- Meditation
Other beneficial effects of the Yoga practice can be highlighted such like: self-confidence, emotional stability, discernment ability, vitality, focus ...
