About Arwa
I am first and foremost a parent of two older children and therefore understand the pressures of school and keeping up with the intensive schedules of studying, homework and exams. I myself am a chemist by training and have had a fair experience of tutoring children in various subjects, but mostly in science and chemistry. I am patient and enjoy the one-on-one approach of teaching, which enables me to focus on the student and their particular needs.

My approach is to have a preliminary meeting with the student before starting to find out what curriculum they are following, and what specific areas they need help with. I prefer to have a look at their textbooks or their main source of material so as to plan the tutoring sessions to follow what they are directly learning so they can be comfortable and confident.
