I have been playing violin for 14 years and currently going to school to get my bachelors in Music Therapy. I have also years of experience with orchestral stringed instruments as well.

About Leah
I have taught preschool age children all the way to adults. I currently teach at a music school in my area and had taught for El Sistema. Teaching is one of my specialties since I have my own ways of helping students learn to their full potential.

Lessons consist of applicable music theory and technique. Since violin is a very difficult instrument to learn, I am patient and go at the pace of my students. I believe in helping my students achieve their musical goals. I encourage my students to also bring in music or playing styles rather than me giving them music since in order to create a positive relationship with music, the music they choose is one they have a connection with.
