Tutoring is more than just a job; it's a journey of personal growth and transformation, both for the tutor and the student. Additionally, building rapport with students who may initially be hesitant or resistant to tutoring requires patience and empathy. However, I've come to see these challenges as opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally.
