Excellent! Tatyana is friendly and presents a well-rounded approach. She used the introductory session to assess my current skill level and asked a number of questions to gauge what my motives were to learn the language and therefore tailor a lesson plan to satisfy my needs. The lessons are always on time, each lesson is followed by a custom document that she writes to cover what was taught and what will be taught next, and she covers all of that material and patiently ensures that I understand it before moving on.
