About Phani Kumari

Professional
**Professional Profile – Experienced Educator**

I am an experienced early childhood educator with 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years at Delhi Public School and 5 years with other reputed educational organizations.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a Teacher, Academic Coordinator, and Curriculum Designer, primarily in the Pre-Primary section, with experience across Pre-Primary, Primary, and other levels.

I strongly believe that effective teaching begins with understanding each child's individual learning level, interests, abilities, and pace of learning. It is essential to connect with the child, identify their strengths and learning gaps, and adapt teaching methods accordingly. My approach focuses on creating a supportive, engaging, and child-centered learning environment that builds confidence and develops a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

**Professional Experience and Teaching Philosophy**

With 20 years of experience in reputed educational institutions, including 15 years at Delhi Public School, I have worked with students across different levels, particularly in the pre-primary section. My experience as a teacher, academic coordinator, and curriculum designer has helped me understand the diverse learning needs, abilities, and developmental stages of children.

I strongly believe that every child learns differently, and it is essential to understand the child's level before planning and delivering a lesson. I focus on making concepts clear through activity-based learning, practical examples, interactive teaching methods, and real-life applications so that children can relate what they learn in the classroom to their day-to-day experiences.

I also consider the development of writing skills, language skills, and conceptual understanding to be essential during the early years. My approach is to build a strong foundation by nurturing each child's confidence, creativity, communication, and independent learning abilities.
