About Stefan
Earlier in my life I struggled with motivation to exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle, and was confused in what was an ocean of different advice and tips of what one should and should not do.
I have since spent a lot of time researching diet and exercise, and how the body works, as well as why it is important to have a healthy lifestyle.
My philosophy is therefore to make a game plan based on how our body works, and work with the body and not against it. My strategy is therefore often to optimize hormone and energy levels and train not only hard, but smart.
I have used everything I have learned to transform my own life and body, and as a result I have gotten much better results from exercise, higher energy levels, better sleep and better grades. After helping myself, I started helping friends / family members with diet, lifestyle and creating healthier routines in their lives.

My teaching method is based on actively engaging you to take concrete steps to achieve your goals. I am a big supporter of 'learning by doing' and am therefore concerned that you are ready to push yourself.
After identifying your goals, we create a game plan based on lifestyle, interests and strengths/limitations.
Regardless of your background and ambitions, I am sure you will be able to benefit from my teaching, which will be based on science and my own experience.

Excellent! Vi fikk tips og råd fra Stefan. Han var veldig flink. Han hadde lest på forhånd om det vi trengte veiledning om. Gratis kurs timen gikk veldig fort over til 2 timer. Vi fikk veldig mye informasjon og mye tips om generelt ernæring og kroppen samt. vitaminer/mineraler og generally helsekost. Stefan klarte å tilpasse veiledning for et barn. Han er en flink engasjert lærer.

Han dekodet raskt hans utfordringer og tilpasset hjelpen til hans nivå og på hans premisser på en veldig god måte.
De rakk mye på en sesjon og jeg ble veldig fornøyd med resultatet . Han presenterte stoffet bedre enn hva han har vist tidligere.
