About Yaren
I studied Modern Dance at the Conservatory, which gave me a deep understanding of the human body and its movement potential. Through years of training, I realized how essential body awareness and proper alignment are — not only for dancers but for everyone in daily life. This awareness led me to Pilates. I experienced firsthand how Pilates strengthens the body, improves posture, and supports overall well-being. With this realization, I decided to develop myself further in this field. Now, my goal is not only to share the physical benefits of Pilates but also to raise awareness in people about how much it can improve their quality of life. Through my classes, I want to help individuals feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to their own bodies.

I’m so glad you’re interested in our Pilates classes.
For about 2 years now, I’ve been leading regular online Pilates sessions with my team, and the feedback from participants has been amazing: a stronger core and lower back, improved flexibility, better posture, and feeling much more energetic in daily life.
In our classes, we focus on:
Mat Pilates exercises to strengthen the whole body
Core, glutes, and back–focused workouts tailored to your needs
