I'm head of chemistry in a London school with over 12 years of leadership experience both nationally and internationally. I train teachers and develop teaching and learning within the school and focus on improving student-teacher relationships. I have specialised in teaching SEN students.

Students struggle with understanding the concept and applying their understanding, especially with what the question itself requires. I focus on teaching the student to understand the questions and make themselves sufficient in their revision.
