About Izzy
My name is Izzy, I enjoy coaching soccer, walking my dog and teaching. My dream as a child was to become a teacher, although in school I struggled, I didn't enjoy many subjects and found it quite hard. I even had a teacher tell me that I won't be able to get into university because I was not smart enough. After graduating year 12 in 2020 I got into Deakin University to study secondary teaching to prove that teacher wrong. Since then, I have loved teaching because I can help students who are just like me. I aim to get the best out of them to make them feel successful. Which every student has the ability to feel accomplished, it's up to the teacher if they teach in a way that sets up that success.

We will work together do develop long and short term goals. Using those we will try a variety of teaching methods to reach those goals. Between sessions there will be minor tasks for you to complete for me to gauge your progress, and using that we can continue to progress your learning. I specialise in Health, PE and Food studies from Foundation- Year 12 levels.
