I am a dedicated lecturer, always eager to impress to get concepts into the minds of students and in general to maximise social welfare. My success in achieving results has been defined by my progressive mindset, sound problem-solving skills and strong decision making ability. I am confident in developing, delivering, assessing, marking and providing feedback to students while meeting deadlines/targets and maintaining highest quality standards. I have successful record of involving, guiding, training and assisting students to secure good grades along with maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring equality in diversity and elimination of discrimination. I am skilled in recording student’s progress in a tracking system and acting as a personal tutor while implementing different learning styles for different students.
