About Ivan
My name is Iván Bermúdez Marqués and I am a nutritionist at the URV Rovira y Virgili University. I have a year and a half of experience dieting and attending all kinds of different cases in consultation, I also work as a pharmacy assistant and practice crossfit.

I base myself on teaching everything I have learned from theory and science, applying it to my own knowledge in practice, which I think is the most important when it comes to truth. My classes are structured in 1 hour of class approximately to the liking of the students on a series of basic and more refined topics, depending on the doubts of the students. I love having work and I am very patient, so I do not think I have any problem with teaching online or in person.
