I see every individual who I work with has different abilities that can work within the realm of a sport. As a Health/PE teacher, coach, and former athlete, I have the skills to enhance your ability to become better at your sport. I coach many athletes from youth sports to collegiate players in lacrosse. I train athletes who are looking for overall skill improvements to specified skills to enhance their game play. Clients of mine have become better, faster, stronger and more equipped to handle the next level of their sport.
