Hello everyone! I am Facundo Sebastián Ruggero, I am 27 years old and I dedicate myself to what I am most passionate about, which is Physical Preparation and Sports Training, but above all, I help to positively change their lifestyles. Within my Academic Training I am:

Personalized Classes are characterized by being very dynamic and precise. Each Training Plan is in detail Planned for that specific person. Depending on your level, needs, objectives and morphology. The most important thing is that it is not only a simple training, but also that there is constant feedback between Student/Teacher, in order to progress and meet the goals in a better way and together.
As for the Group Classes, they are also very dynamic and stand out for the variability of exercises they have, with all the classes being different, leaving aside the monotony and boring. However, with the Clinical Eye of a Teacher, you must know how to identify each group that affects you to give the correct intensity that that particular group requires for each Training session and not generate Negative Adaptations (Physiologically speaking).
