Hello! I am Monika Samaiya, a passionate and friendly yoga instructor focused on helping beginners and women achieve better health and peace of mind through simple and effective yoga. I have been practicing yoga for the past few years and I teach in a gentle, easy-to-follow, and motivating style. My online sessions are suitable for those who are starting from zero — no prior experience needed! I offer yoga for: General fitness & flexibility Weight loss & stress relief Women & kids Each session is designed to make you feel better physically and mentally, using basic asanas, breathing (pranayama), and guided relaxation. I offer online yoga classes specially designed for beginners, women, and kids who want to start their wellness journey at home. My sessions focus on flexibility, relaxation, weight management, and stress relief through simple asanas and breathing techniques. Each class includes: Warm-up Basic asanas (standing, sitting, lying) ️ Pranayama (breathing) Ending with short meditation I teach in a friendly, slow-paced, and motivating way — so anyone can follow easily, even if they’ve never done yoga before. Classes are conducted on Zoom or Google Meet, and you can choose morning or evening batches as per your comfort. First class is free, so you can experience the session before continuing.
