About Heather

I love to try new methods of solving problems, approaching a new to me subject, and discovering new ways to include my hobbies and interests in everything I learn! If you find reading or writing boring, you will love this approach. Learning doesn’t have to be dull!

About the lesson

Learning is about finding what you enjoy doing outside of school & classes, and using these to help you find ways to be interested in new subjects! As a student I struggled in math, and went to tutoring without fail every single morning for two years of high school. Because I had fun and kind teachers, I felt comfortable to ask questions, not feel judged and actually resulted in a higher GPA and academic standing. I really believe this is the way to learn. If you can find a creative way to study and learn new and creative subjects, all the better. You may even find a new hobby or passion through my approach to academics!
