About Yumna
I am constantly amazed by the field of mental health and wish to share my knowledge with anyone who is inspired or curious about it. It's absolutely crucial for our well-being specially in this fast-paced world. I am a clinical psychology student currently working as an academic counselor and teaching psychology as I learn more. I believe in a pragmatical approach to learning and I think psychology is the essence of our being and should be taught that way to make it easier.
