About Marlon
I’m a professional Script Analysis Specialist and acting coach who helps actors break down and decode scripts with clarity and confidence. With a time efficient, technique-driven approach, I teach students how to uncover a character’s why by reverse-engineering the analysis into playable choices, and deliver grounded, authentic performances. My training blends classical and contemporary acting methods with practical, real-world application for auditions, scene work, and professional productions. I work with beginners, actors in training, and working professionals, providing a supportive, focused environment where proven techniques replace guesswork and build lasting confidence. I'm also the author of books “The Actors Little Black Handbook; Concise Acting Techniques for the Resilient Artist" and “Make Every Scene Hit; A 10-Step Acting Guide for Content Creators”, and an American Musical and Dramatic Academy graduate (with honors, NYC).

A typical session includes deep script breakdown/analysis, character exploration, emotional discoveries, and real-time application, with clear, concise, and actionable feedback you can immediately apply to auditions and performances. My expertise encompasses the techniques of Shurtleff, Chubbuck, Meisner, Adler, Stanislavski, Hagen, Chekhov, and Spolin. I share my knowledge by guiding you step by step, through professional script analysis techniques that help you discover the character’s why—their needs, conflicts, desires, and driving forces—by unlocking the character’s mind, body, and spirit, then connecting them into truthful action. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge in-depth analysis with truthful, embodied performance. My lessons serve beginners through working professionals—especially actors in training or actively auditioning—who want tools and techniques that lead to authentic, grounded, and compelling work.
