About Aditya
Namaste!
My name is Aditya Chamoli and I am a certified yoga teacher.
I have encountered numerous people who are struggling with their daily life due to stressful schedule, mental breakdowns, sedentary lifestyle problems, stress and anxiety or many of them simply want to start their journey of a better lifestyle with healthy habits but are confused about where to start.
I always wanted to help people in achieving their fitness goals and to be on a holistic path (which includes physical,mental and spiritual health)
I can help you out to live a better life and assure your transformation with different ancient and modern techniques of yoga.
