About Felicity
I have studied psychology and have done a lot of research on well-being and health specialising in CBT therapy. I have pre-made templates to aid in preventing self-doubt, procrastination and stress.
My latest project was an experiment on whether I can incorporate CBT-based self-soothing methods into a young adult fantasy novel.

Felicity has been a fantastic mentor for my personal development. She coached me as I pursue my goals in a professional, and open manner where I feel relaxed and confident in the sessions. I would recommend Felicity to anyone looking to develop themselves.
