About Ana
I am a Straight A, High School Senior located in the Northern Bay Area. I am in helping those who are in younger grades such as middle school. I am beyond proficient in English and am more than happy to help you with English homework, writing essays (including coming up with a thesis) and will provide on the spot help. I specialize in argumentative essays but am totally available for any other help. I have passed the Advanced Placement test and have experience with helping classmates with proof-reading, thesis writing, grammar check, and so on.

I personally believe in getting to know the student a little beforehand so that it won't be as awkward in the beginning. Beginning of the session, I will ask student to provide the teachers' syllabus as well as the lesson plan so I can get a better understanding of where I need to help the student. I will also analyze their previous work. Sometimes, I get in contact with teachers to get lesson plan ahead of time so that I can teach students the same way they were taught in the classroom, to cause less confusion. I will stay on the video call for as long as needed until they fully understand what they need to do.
NOTE: I DO NOT DO ALL THE HOMEWORK FOR THE STUDENT FOR ANY PRICE. I AIM IN HELPING STUDENTS GAIN A GREATER UNDERSTANDING NOT CHEATING FOR THEM.

Details
I charge $20 an hour because I am a very busy person but will make time in my schedule for tutoring. I also take time out of my day to get a hold of teachers so I can better educate students based off of their teachers' instruction. I stay on the call with the student for as long as needed and I will give them advice every step of the way. I text them throughout the day to make sure that they are on top of things and that they are not falling behind.
