About Mimoza
I am a high school student in grade 9 with lots of passion and knowledge about mental health, physical health, and topics on the human body. Ever since I started learning the importance on physical, mental and well being health, my interest towards it grew more and more each year I learnt about it. Health education is very important to know and understand. We need to know how to take care of ourselves and be healthy because we only live once.

My teaching methods include using power points/ google slides to teach topics and units. I mainly use those ways of teaching/tutoring because from the past years of learning I've realized that it is very efficient, helpful, and it is the easiest way for me to learn new things. I will also encourage students to speak/raise their hands while I am teaching to make sure they are engaged in the activity. I will also provide worksheets/homework and educational games to help the students better understand the concept of the unit. I like giving my students a 15 minute break in between a lesson to help refresh their minds, relax their eyes from the screen, or to write down notes.
