About Makayla
When I was younger I had done every sport in the book!! Soccer, Check. Basketball, Check. Dance, Check. Even Ice skating. It was not until I started doing horseback riding that I felt that I could be truly good at a sport. This sport has helped me through so much through the years and I am so thankful for all it has done for me. I hope I am able to bring that same experience horseback riding brought to me, to you! I have tons of experience working with younger children and beginners through horses. Such as working as a summer camp counselor at the barn I currently ride at. Along with also giving some beginner lessons. Although I am still in high school I have tons of experience with horses and have been around them my whole life.

Hi, I am Makayla. I am an English riding coach currently located in CT. My goal is to make the equestrian sport fun and affordable for all. In lessons with me, I will strive to make sure you and your horse are both comfortable and happy and get something meaningful out of each ride. I am also able to help train your horse if needed!
