Tutor Policy & Student Agreement:

1. Payment Terms

• Payment Due Date: Payment for single sessions must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to secure your reservation.

•Lesson Packages: Discounted lesson packages must be paid in full prior to the first session of that block.

• Payment Methods: All payments must be processed securely through Superprof.

 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the lesson start time will incur no penalty and can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

• Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full lesson fee applies.

• No-Shows: If a student does not attend within 15 minutes of the start time without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

 3. Lesson Preparation & Communication

• Communication Channels: All communication (lesson bookings etc) must go through Superprof.
