About Andres Alejandro
"Born in Colombia and raised in Sevilla, Spain, I am a Spanish national currently residing in the United Kingdom. At 30 years old, I bring a diverse cultural background and a passion for education to my online teaching endeavors. I hold a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Seville, as well as a Master's degree in Education and Language Teaching.
To further enhance my language skills, I have obtained a B2 level certification in English from Cambridge and a B1 level certification in Portuguese. Additionally, I have translated my qualifications into English and hold the Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) certificate from England, which enables me to teach. Moreover, I have acquired pre-settled status in the UK.
Over the past four years, I have dedicated myself to honing my English proficiency and have primarily focused on teaching through online private lessons. This experience has allowed me to refine my teaching methods and adapt to the digital learning environment.
In addition to my expertise in teaching Spanish, I am also enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge of history, should the opportunity arise. Currently, I am in the process of writing my first book, titled "Born to Fight: My Mum's Life," which showcases my storytelling skills and reflects my passion for sharing narratives.
Teaching runs in my blood, as my grandmother was a teacher who imparted upon me the essential values of education. I strongly believe that learning should be engaging, fostering curiosity in each student. Moreover, I am dedicated to embracing innovative technologies, such as AI, to enhance the learning experience in my classes.
