About Emely
I am a neurodivergent ADHD and Autism Coach with a holistic, compassionate approach to helping adults and older teens create clarity, structure and confidence in their lives. With over 18 years of professional experience in business, coaching, education and mentoring, I bring a unique combination of lived experience, deep understanding, and practical expertise to every session. My background includes running international businesses, developing curriculum, teaching in multiple industries, and supporting individuals through overwhelm, burnout, executive dysfunction and life transitions. I also hold formal qualifications in business and coaching, and I’m trained in trauma-sensitive, neuro-affirming practices. As an autistic ADHDer myself, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle study, work, routines, motivation and emotional regulation. This insight helps me connect warmly and authentically with the people I support. I work without judgment, without pressure, and always with an emphasis on calm, clarity and collaboration. I specialize in helping neurodivergent adults and teens who want: more structure and organization better study habits and assignment support routines that actually work for their brain help with procrastination, overwhelm or motivation guidance in business, content creation or personal life skills a safe, supportive space to learn and grow My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward with strategies that feel natural, gentle and sustainable — never forced. My approach is gentle, structured, and fully neuro-affirming. I work with adults and older teens who are seeking more calm, clarity and confidence in their study, business or personal life. Every lesson is personalised to suit your unique brain, your goals, and your energy on the day.
I use evidence-based ADHD and autism-friendly strategies, including task-breaking, visual planning, body-doubling, and emotional regulation tools. My teaching style is supportive, trauma-informed and practical — focused on helping you build systems that genuinely work for you, not forcing you into rigid methods that burn you out.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes, although I also offer shorter focus sessions or accountability check-ins for those who prefer a lighter structure. Together, we work on whatever you most need that week: study support, assignment planning, organisation, executive functioning, motivation, routine-building, business skills or personal life strategies.
I hold formal qualifications in business and coaching and have over 18 years of experience running businesses, mentoring others, creating systems and working with neurodivergent adults. I also have lived experience as an autistic ADHDer, which brings a deep understanding, compassion, and relatability to my sessions.
