About Ema
I bring a lifelong passion for finding practical ways to make things better, creative lateral thinking, and a geeky love of Eastern philosophy and Complementary Therapies together, to help people to empower themselves and reach their potential! My wide-ranging career background includes Incident Management and Public Sector Project Management, where I was first introduced to meditation! I have been practising Yoga and Meditation for 8 and 5 years, respectively. I bring a (maybe unorthodox) combination of empowerment/coaching approaches, and strong leadership skills - and I have moved effortlessly between the two, to create effective, productive teams, with a growth mindset.
