About Clément
Passionate about sport since my adolescence, my first specialty remains combat sports that I have practiced intensively for several years in competition (especially Japanese jujitsu, Brazilian jiujitsu and English boxing) I have been practicing these sports for 12 years with 2 champion titles of the AURA region in Japanese jujitsu ne waza in 2017 and 2018. I have also been a bodybuilding practitioner for more than 10 years, which allowed me, with an adapted diet, to change my physique from a weight of 55kg for 1m70 when I was 19 years old to 70kg today.

I will also give you some nutrition advice. I travel to Lyon and its surroundings.
