About Tracey
I have been consulting over 10 years helping hundreds of people learn how to manage their health better using natural remedies. Particular topics of interest relate to female health, hormones and thyroid disorders. I have completed training in post graduate of education (Science) as well as a Masters degree in Homeopathy, over the years i have completed additional courses to stay up to date with the latest natural health news.

My teaching method is firstly explaining the differences between various natural health modalities with particular attention on herbs and homeopathic medicines. The next phase is explaining supplements, the different forms, what should we be looking for when buying a supplement, and do they really help. Lastly i tie in nutrition, diet, and lifestyle factors with achieving optimal health the holistic way.
