About Wafiy
I used to work at a gym for about a year until I had a massive accident in October 2013. I'm still recuperating and now I'm a student of homeopathic medical sciences in University of Cyberjaya. I can confidently say that I'm 90% recovered and I did it on my own with only natural resources. That's my short background and what I learnt along the way is what I wanna share :)

My teaching method is by sharing with my fellow students the things I routinely do that got me back on my feet. I also lost 30kgs in a span of 4 years and that is what I'd like to share with the world. I also specialize in post traumatic brain injury rehab training. Cheers!! :D
