I have experience with tutoring adult learners in English and writing. I have 9+ years as a mentor to others - I receive extensive feedback that I am supportive and patient. I received a BA in English and graduated with a 3.98 GPA. For those taking the ACT, I received a 32 in the English section.
I am a published writer, and I also work professionally as a reader for West Trade Review Literary Magazine. I read multiple submissions a week and help decide which submissions will be published. I also provide feedback to writers on strengths and opportunities of their stories. I have also hosted monthly writing groups where I give extensive feedback to writers on their short stories.
