About Zullu
I am a BA Law and LLB graduate at the University of Pretoria. Growing up, I was always a fitness person but took a break when Covid-19 became a global pandemic. Unfortunately, I started eating unhealthy and gained a lot of weight. With gyms being closed, I decided to create my own home gym, using a skipping rope, a mat, and running shoes. I am successful in losing and maintaining weight without even stepping into a gym.

Its all about intermit fasting with alot of fruits and water.
Exercising twice a day.
Lets reduce meat and sugar.
You will only need a skipping rope, a mat and good running shoes.
One cheat day a week.
Results expectations should not be so high this is about losing weight in a comfortable manner.
